The AASHTO Annual Meeting, one of the transportation industry’s most important conferences of the year, brings together experts from the public and private sector to share the latest in industry policy and innovation. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow transportation professionals and contribute to discussions on a wide range of issues facing the industry today and tomorrow—from the evolving understanding of safety to transportation planning post-pandemic, and almost everything in between.
The meeting will also host several AASHTO committees, as well as the Board of Directors, where members will set their priorities for the coming year.
Educational Opportunities:
No matter your experience level, everyone can learn from our industry expert presenters. Expose yourself to a variety of viewpoints while staying on top of new ideas and trends that can impact the future. Your attendance may also earn you Professional Development Hours (subject to your state’s licensing board approval) to maintain your valuable certification.
Please keep track of the various sessions and presentations that you attend. A full participant in this meeting may earn up to 3 PDHs by participating in the conference sessions.
Continuing education requirements for P.E. license renewal, including what content is accepted, vary from state to state. We strongly recommend that individuals regularly check the state registration board(s) for their specific continuing education requirements that affect P.E. licensure and the ability to renew licensure.
Within thirty (30) days after the end of the conference, the session attendance information will be uploaded into our registration platform CVENT. If your licensing board requires a certificate from AASHTO, you will need to contact AASHTO’s Meetings Department at meetings_inquiry@aashto.org with a formal request.
Who Should Attend:
Anyone interested in supporting DOTs and our transportation infrastructure, should attend AASHTO’s 2021 Annual Meeting & Trade Fair.
